We’re looking for an experienced, career-minded accountant who is accurate, thorough, solution-minded, with a desire to streamline and simplify. As an integral member of our Leadership Team, your top responsibility will be to take raw data and turn it into meaningful information that will drive company-wide financial decisions. Additional tasks will be finding solutions to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. Hands-on work will also be a part of the day-to-day, managing payroll and overseeing HR as we continue to grow. Your Responsibilities
– Compile and analyze financial statements
– Create financial reports
– Closeout/complete month-end
– Oversee AR/AP
– Prepare supporting documents for our tax firm
– Oversee Staff Accountant
– Oversee HR and Payroll
– Review job costs with our Estimating Team
– Work with Sales Manager to approve expense reports
– Conduct quarterly and annual audits
– Lead weekly and monthly financial meetings
– Implement company and department budgets
– Perform other duties as assigned


– Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or related field)

– Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant in a corporate setting
– Ability to interpret and analyze required financial information
– Fluency in MS Office
– Fluency in Quickbooks
– Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment


– Fluency in Avalara sales tax software
– Fluency in software
– Fluency in Quickbooks Time
– Fluency in Gusto Payroll software
– Experience in manufacturing, construction, or architecture
– Experience with estimating the cost of projects
