With annual cremation rates at 60-70% and growing, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to represent the highest-grade products in our industry. Our Client Guides call on Churches, Cemeteries, and Universities to expand our clients’ knowledge in selecting the best inurnment products.

Sales Assistant

As our Sales Assistant, you will have an opportunity to learn how to sell a superior product all around the United States and worldwide by supporting an exponentially growing company. We are seeking an individual who is dynamic and fast learning. This individual must have an absolute commitment to excellence and attention to detail. You will work closely with our Sales Team, especially supporting our Client Guides to assist our Clients from initial inquiry to an official order.

Technical Customer Service Representative
In-House
As the TCSR you will evaluate and diagnose issues, act as a liaison, provide information on products and services, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. The best TCSR’s are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The TCSR will work to ensure the client has their issue resolved. Problem-solving should be part of your makeup. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
