SALES ASSISTANT

You will be responsible for the administrative support of Eickhof’s Client Guides. Supporting Client Guides includes activities such as fielding initial inquiries, managing tasks in Salesforce (CRM), mailing physical materials, and ensuring the logistical success of our attendance and preparation at trade shows. The Sales Assistant is an instrumental piece to the success of our Sales Team and superior client service.
Your Responsibilities
– Become proficient and well versed in our CRM platform, Salesforce.
– Record tasks and give reminders to Client Guides.
– Assist Client Guides in communicating with their clients.
– Input client profile upon receipt of initial inquiries.
– Field incoming calls.
– Update project pipeline and project stages to reflect the most up-to-date information.
– Gather Client Guide slide decks and presentation materials.
– Mail and distribute marketing materials as needed.
– Be willing to answer customer service questions.
– Attend and participate in the weekly Sales meeting.
– Set up Zoom calls and other appointments for Client Guides.
– Book travel accommodations (airfare, lodging, rental cars) for Client Guides.
– Assist with convention planning and packing.
– Prepare marketing materials for yearly conventions and expositions.
– Send Warranty & Thank You packets per receipt of contracts.
– Track inventory of Niche Models and other marketing materials.
– Print & bind various brochures and catalogs for marketing use.
– Help Sales Manager produce the annual Sales Report.
– Build awareness of our Urn & Inscription services among new and existing client pools.
As our Sales Assistant, you will have an opportunity in learning how to sell a superior product all around the United States and worldwide by supporting an exponentially growing company. We are seeking an individual who is dynamic and fast learning. This individual must have an absolute commitment to excellence and attention to detail. You will work closely with our Sales Team, especially supporting our Client Guides to assist our Clients from initial inquiry to an official order.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
– Minimum High School Diploma
– Preferred College Degree related to Liberal Arts, Business
Assistant Skills
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
– Computer Literate
– Experience Using Salesforce
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and strong computer typing skills. In addition to well-tuned organization and excellent time management. Must possess the ability to project a professional company image through written communications, in-person and phone interaction with employees, clients, vendors, and the general public.
